The Patterson Park Master Plan process is a public effort to create an inclusive and forward-thinking vision for Patterson Park. The Baltimore City Department of Recreation & Parks together with consultant Mahan Rykiel Associates is leading the planning effort in partnership with the Patterson Park Steering Committee and Working Group.
